Azure 01 (inspired by Light Blue)

This is pure, concentrated perfume oil and still needs to be diluted.
This can be done with perfumer’s alcohol, or alcohol-free with a carrier oil such as jojoba or fractionated coconut oil.

Example:
To make 50 ml of eau de toilette, use 2.5 to 5 ml of the fragrance concentrate and add 45 to 47.5 ml of perfumer’s alcohol or jojoba oil.

💡 Explanation : The higher the percentage of fragrance concentrate, the more intense and longer the scent lasts.
Perfume contains the most concentration and lasts the longest on the skin.
Aftershave and Eau Fraîche are the lightest and evaporate faster.

Amateur perfumers can also give Azure 01 a personal touch, as it is mixable with other fragrances.

Azure 01 has a fresh, Mediterranean fragrance structure with citrus, apple, jasmine, bamboo, cedarwood and musk. This makes it a perfect base to subtly expand with aroma chemicals.

For example:

Enhance top notes (fresh & sparkling)

• Citral or Citronellal – enhances the citrus opening
• Linalool – gives a soft, floral freshness
• Dihydromyrcenol – for a clean, waxy freshness (often used in modern perfumes)

Enrich heart notes (floral & green)

• Hedione – strengthens jasmine and provides transparency
• Methyl diantilis – adds a soft white floral note
• Stemone – enhances the green bamboo feeling

Deepen base notes (wood & musk)

• Iso E Super – gives a velvety woody note and boosts diffusion
• Cashmeran – musky, woody and slightly spicy
• Galaxolide or Ambrettolide – for a modern, clean musk

If you have 50 ml Eau de Toilette with 5 ml Azure 01 dupe, you can add:

• 0.5 ml Hedione
• 0.3 ml Iso E Super
• 0.2 ml Dihydromyrcenol

Let this mature well (at least 1 week) and test on blotters or skin.
