🛍️ STORE INFORMATION

What is the delivery time of my order?

The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. During busier periods, this can add up to 1 working week. The current delivery time is always clearly stated at the top of the webshop, so you know immediately where you stand.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace link.

Can I change my order after I order?

Yes, we offer that as an additional service.
Please note that this can only be done while the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible for this purpose. The fastest is a Whatsapp message.

Are all products always in stock?

Yes, we deliver everything from our own stock and do our best to keep all products in stock. Should a product be temporarily unavailable, this is clearly indicated on the product page. You will then have the option of entering your email address so you will be notified when the item is back in stock.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, during checkout you can enter a different delivery address.

🌴 VACATION PERIODS

Will orders be shipped during vacation periods?

During vacation periods, orders may take longer to process. The webshop will remain open, but shipments will only resume once we return.

How do I know when there is a vacation period?

Vacation periods are always clearly stated at the top of the webshop, including the date when shipments will start again.

Can I pre-order during a vacation period?

Yes, you can just order. Your order will then be reserved and shipped as soon as we return.
It pays to order early because orders will be processed in order of receipt.

What happens to urgent orders during vacation periods?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee rush deliveries during vacation periods. Please note the shipping date indicated.

🎄 December month

Are there any delays in December? In December, the holidays often cause extra traffic for postal services. We always ship your order on time, but keep in mind that sometimes delivery can take longer due to busy carriers.

Which days are busiest in December? The busiest days at the postal service usually fall around:

  • 📅 Sinterklaas week (early December)

  • 🎁 The week before Christmas (around Dec. 20-24)

  • 🎉 The days between Christmas and New Year's Eve

During these periods, delivery may take longer than normal. We therefore recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure your products arrive on time.

👉Practical tip To ensure your order is delivered before Christmas, we recommend ordering no later than Dec. 18. This way you reduce the chances of your package being delayed due to the holiday rush.

How are the products packaged?

How are the products packaged? We pay great attention to the packaging of our products to ensure quality and safety:

  • 🧴 Dark-colored glass bottles Protect contents from light and preserve the quality of aroma chemicals and essential oils.

  • 🔒 Special inlay caps

    • No drop caps, but designed for safe sealing

    • Ensuring that fragrances have a long shelf life

    • Prevent oxidation and evaporation

    • Resistant to strong fragrances and chemicals

  • 🏷️ Bilingual labels (Dutch & English) Always clearly legible and also hard-wearing, waterproof, acid and chemical resistant.

  • 📦 Careful packaging Each product is carefully packed to prevent odor contamination and leaks.

  • Well prepared takes a little time Because we handle our products very carefully, it can sometimes mean that processing your order takes an extra day. The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days, and during busier periods it can go up to 1 business week. The current delivery time is always listed at the top of the webshop.

Accessories Would you still like to use dropper caps or pipettes? These can be ordered separately, so you can choose which administration method best suits your use.

🚚 Shipping information

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat rate for shipping, which varies by country. Current shipping costs are always listed during checkout when you enter your shipping information.

Can I have my order shipped to a pickup point?

By default, we ship orders to the home address provided. Would you prefer your package to be sent to a pickup point? If so, please state this clearly in the comments during the ordering process. We will then arrange for your order to be shipped to the desired pickup point. We ship with DHL and PostNL.

What happens if my package is returned?

Sometimes a package returns because it was not picked up at the pickup point or an incorrect address was provided.

  • 🔄 In that case, the package can be reshipped only if the shipping costs are paid again.

  • ✅ If it is an error on our part, we will of course resend the package free of charge.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to several countries within the EU. Shipping costs and delivery time vary by country and are automatically calculated at checkout. For orders outside of Europe, please contact us.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

The delivery person leaves a message and tries to deliver the package to neighbors or to a pickup point. You will receive

DHL offers helpful options to avoid a failed delivery via email notification:

  • 📅 You can choose an alternative delivery day.

  • 🏠 You can specify a place where the package may be safely left.

  • 📍 You can specify that the package be taken to a pickup point or parcel machine.

This way you always have control over delivery and reduce the chances of a package being returned.
