We're open again! Orders are being processed.

After a wonderful holiday period, we are back in full swing.

We are currently very busy, so we are first processing all orders placed during the holidays.

For new orders, the delivery time is approximately one week.

Our inboxes are also filling up quite a bit, so it may take a little longer before you receive a response to your email or WhatsApp.

DOCUMENTS ON FRAGRANCES

Our fragrances do not come with standard documentation such as IFRA certificates, allergen lists or safety data sheets (MSDS).

This information is primarily intended for business customers in production and does not apply to private orders .

We are working on making relevant documents available online with the respective products in the future as an additional service. However, this takes time.

Until then, the following applies:

• If no documentation is listed with a product , then it is currently not available and cannot be requested .

• For deliveries outside Europe, the necessary documents are supplied , in accordance with international regulations.

• Processing and providing documentation takes time and money , and is not included in the product price .

• For many aroma chemicals, MSDS and allergen information can be found in public databases.

• Providing these documents is not legally required for sales to private individuals or for small quantities for non-industrial applications.

• Not all suppliers supply all documents as standard , which means that some information is not available.

We ask for your understanding and will do our utmost to improve this process in the near future.
