Scentenal®, a fragrance from Firmenich, has a fresh, aquatic/marine scent with aspects of aldehyde, algae and ozone.
It is often used in combination with green notes and fresh floral scents to create a marine perfume.

Scentenal® has a complex aldehyde marine scent with a watery green floral character and slightly mossy undertones.
It also has discreet fruity pear facets and a slightly alcoholic profile.
Scentenal is often used in combination with other green notes, in chypres, colognes, masculine fragrances and light floral types. It is an excellent modifier or enhancer of other ozonic and marine notes.
Compared to the comparable Helional, Scentenal® has a more aldehydic odor profile.
