Linalyl acetate is widely used in perfumes, especially in bergamot and lavender accords. Linalyl Acetate is an excellent blender in fruity top notes.
It is one of the main components of the essential oils of bergamot and lavender.
Chemically, it is the acetate ester of linalool, and the two are often found together.
