Hexyl Cinnamic Aldehyde is related to Amyl Cinnamic Aldehyde.
Both are used in Jasmine reconstruction. The Hexyl is sweeter and more floral than the Amyl and also gives a nice soft heart note. It is recommended to keep in the refrigerator because of the chance of acidification.
