The transparent liquid develops syrupy, sultry qualities as it dries. Two hours later, the sweetness is persistent in the base, reminiscent of dried artemisia, dates and eucalyptus trees. This can be wonderfully effective in creating an absinthe accord , boosting wormwood and thujonic notes, complementing ylang ylang, and sweetening dry or moist woody and fougere accords,” says Joseph Colbourne ( instagram: instagram.com/jjcolbourne )
