For a nasal inhaler, 8 to 15 drops of essential oil on the cotton wick is usually sufficient.
Recipe for refreshing respiratory support blend :
DIY Recipe: Nasal inhaler for free breathing
Ingredients (total: 12 drops):
- White Camphor (Cinnamomum camphora) – 4 drops ➤ Stimulating, expectorant, opens the airways
- DMO Mint Oil – 4 drops ➤ Cooling, relieves nasal congestion, gives instant freshness
- Siberian silver fir (Abies sibirica) – 4 drops ➤ Soothing for the respiratory system, antiseptic, woody aroma
Instructions:
- Drizzle the oils directly onto the cotton wick. Start with camphor, followed by menthol and silver fir.
- Place the wick in the plastic sleeve of the nasal inhaler.
- Close the inhaler tightly and leave for 5 minutes so that the wick is fully saturated.
- Use as needed: hold the inhaler at one nostril, close the other, and inhale deeply. Repeat if desired.
This dosage is suitable for adults.
