Ethyl Acetate (AC)
Aroma : A strong, pleasant, sweet-fruity aroma with a rum/brandy-like hint.
To give light top notes/citrus notes a ‘lift’ or to round them off.
However, in high concentrations, it can have a harsh, solvent-like smell, similar to nail polish remover or paint thinner.
Its scent depends on the amount present—small traces can be pleasant, while excessive exposure can feel sharp and overpowering.
