Our Tobacco Flower Absolue opens with a surprising, almost floral sweetness reminiscent of wild honey and freshly cut, dried hay.As the extract warms on the skin, it reveals its deeper layers: a heart of dried tea leaves and an extremely subtle, “burnt woody” nuance that nowhere becomes dominant.The drydown is warm, balsamic and slightly animalic, providing unprecedented strength of fixation in any composition.Use in Perfumery
This is a “bridge ingredient” par excellence.
It has the unique ability to connect floral top notes (such as Jasmine or Rose) with heavy, earthy base notes.
- Amber & Oriental: Enhances the warmth of Labdanum and Vanilla.
- Wood & Leather: Adds a soft, suede-like texture to robust ingredients such as Java Vetiver or Cedarwood.
- Fougère: Gives a modern, mysterious twist to the classic combination of Lavender and Oakmoss.
Texture & ProcessingThe pure absolute is a syrupy, greenish-brown liquid.
For optimal use, we recommend heating the vial briefly au-bain-marie (to max. 40°C).
