Appearance: A colorless to pale yellow liquid. Low viscosity. Very stable in alcohol and perfume concentrates.
Use: Used as a base note in fine perfumery (men’s and unisex fragrances), as well as in functional products such as shampoos and shower gels.

Fixamber™ is a powerful, synthetic amberwood molecule developed by DSM-Firmenich.
It is known for its tremendous diffusion, transparency and long-lasting fixing effect.Widely used in niche and designer perfumes for volume, warmth and elegance.
IFF carries this fragrance under the name Trimofix O; Fixamber is often perceived as brighter and more transparent.

- Top: dry amber elevator, light smoke, minerality
- Heart: diffuse wood notes, dry tobacco, vetiver earth, subtle cedar
- Base: long-lasting amber-wood mass, soft musk warmth, resin depth, transparent volume
Fixamber™ is described as a “bright, modern amber” – without the heaviness of classic labdanum.
