Returning an order (or part of an order) is only possible after consultation.

Within the EU, you have the legal right to indicate that you wish to make a return shipment up to 14 working days after receipt of the goods.
You then have another 14 days to return the products in question.

The costs and risk of returns are at your expense.
Please make sure that you can prove the return shipment by means of a track & trace.

PLEASE NOTE: The following products cannot be returned:

• Products with opened packaging and/or broken seals cannot be returned.
• products with an expiry date cannot be returned (exclusion of the right of withdrawal for perishable goods)
